Okay, let’s get into the Ten questions for Piriye!

𝟭. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆? I'm from Brooklyn, NY originally. I haven't lived there for more than half my life so my brother likes to tell me I can't claim New York anymore (lol). I have lived in Atlanta, GA for several years now. I enjoy music production, working out, video editing, and playing basketball even though I suck.

𝟮. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰/𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? I got into music just to feed by creativity. I liked music and I honestly got into it because of how curious I was in music production. You can say that me dabbling with production on my old iPad is what pushed me further into the music realm. I was always interested in music even way back when I was younger but I never had the money to pay for equipment. As I got older, I spent my own money and invested. Best thing I could have done!

𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀?

Easily one of the biggest influences would have to be The Neptunes. The things they do with music production is out of this world. I mess with Michael Jackson, Usher, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West (when he wasn't crazy), 50 Cent, Dru Hill, Amerie and so many more.

𝟰. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰? It started about 6 years ago. Like I mentioned earlier, I got on that iPad and started cranking out some productions. Then I got adventurous enough and started singing/rapping on them. I just had a lot of time on my hand and all these ideas. Some of the tracks I made were horrible, lol. I still keep them public on my SoundCloud. Keeps me humble and lets me know where I came from.

𝟱. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆? People always say they want to be a huge star, etc etc... I want to make music and be as happy as I am now doing them. I would love to ditch my 9 to 5 and do it full time. Tour the world, collaborate with other artists. I don't need to be in the limelight per se. Being able to make a lucrative life off of my creativity will be enough. Being able to be a pioneer of sorts. I want to do it how Pharrell Williams is doing it. He makes productions, hops on tracks as he wants to. He's been relevant for so many years and that's because he dabbles as an artist and producer as he chooses. I love that!

𝟲. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲? Japan! I don't know why but I feel like the stadium would be lit and they'd appreciate the performance. Maybe one day, right?

𝟳. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴? Hard one. 'Usher - Wifey' is what comes to mind. This may change by tomorrow, lol. But it has one of my favorite singers and producer on the same track. Its unreleased so its sort of a hidden gem if you're not a die-hard fan. I like it because the production doesn't fit into a genre, Usher's falsetto is nearly flawless. I never get tired of that track.

𝟴. 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? I went to an artist showcase out in Atlanta years ago. I was just starting my music journey. The judges were intrigued that I sung before the whole showcase started and wanted to hear what I got. So... I sung. After I was done, they thought I wasn't serious. They literally thought I was just joking. Yea... I discovered I needed to practice on that stage presence a little more.

𝟵. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?

Probably putting out my first EP "Milestones". Me putting my music out there was a huge accomplishment for me. Thats why I titled it Milestones, it signified the start of my music journey. What's that saying?... He who has begun is half done? Yea... you all should check that out my EP if you're into Alternative/ Electro R&B.

𝟭𝟬. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲?  Pharrell mothaf*ckin' Williams. In a heartbeat! He's a genius. I wouldn't have the balls to do what am I'm doing today if it wasn't for him.
