𝟭. Where are you from and what is your hobby?

I'm was born in Cuiaba, Matto Gross, Brazil. I've moved around the US, and now consider Los Angeles, CA home! I love singing, songwriting, and playing different instruments. I also love the outdoors (hiking, cycling, the beach) and playing sports like volleyball and basketball.

𝟮. How did your get into music?

My parents raised me in church and my mother was the children's choir director so I found myself singing at a young age. I was always encouraged to sing on stage. My mom also played piano so I was encouraged to pick up instruments at a young age as well. In third grade I picked up the saxophone and started playing for school. By 11, I was inspired by rock and bought myself some drums. By 12, I was learning some acoustic songs on guitar. The rest is history!

𝟯. Who are your biggest influences?

Wow, there might be too many to list. My list varies, and over the years I have enjoyed Red Hot Chili Peppers, Caetano Veloso, Norah Jones, Tori Kelly, Maria Gadu, Seu Jorge, Corinne Bailey Rae, Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Reiient K, Alicia Keys, and the list goes on!

4. What are your goals in the music industry?

Maybe I'm like the rest--I want to tour the world! I wish that I could solely survive off making music, that is a dream. When I have a good dream, it's usually because I dream of how my life would be different playing music for others and having fun on tour, recording in fancy studios. I want all of that!

5. If you could choose a location to perform at, what would it be?

I cannot just pick one, I want to play them all! Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, Elgin and Winter Garden Theaters in Toronto, Kabuki-Za Kabuki Theater in Tokyo, La Scala in Milan, National Centre for Performing Arts in Beijing, Odeon of Herodes Atticus Acropolis in Athens, Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City, Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, Palais Garnier Opera in Paris. Who's taking me?!

6. What is your all-time favorite song?

Tough question, I don't have one. I listen to a song so much until I can't stand it anymore haha. I really like Carolina by Seu Jorge. Check him out!

7. Most embarrassing moment?

I have embarrassing moments daily when I forget people's names. Why is it easier for me to remember melodies and lyrics before I remember someone's name?

8. Proudest accomplishment?

Well, speaking musically, my song, Respira, is being nominated for the Grammy's this year! Biggest accomplishment to date! If you're in Los Angeles this year, and want to come out to the Grammy party, hit me up!

9. What is something about you that might surprise someone who knows you the best?

People think I prefer to go out. I like staying in to make music! Keep me in a room with instruments and mics and I can stay there all day! Sure, I like hanging out elsewhere, but put me in a room with musicians and we can jam for hours.

𝟭𝟬. What is your dream collaboration?

Justin Bieber ft. Monnize Wolff. Just look at that, wow. I mean, can you imagine the tour? I think Justin has a soft, beautiful voice, and we would make great harmonies together.
