I was removed from the playlist although I have been completely following streaming requirements. Who should I contact?
Please message us @nas_communications so that we can look into your case. Please keep in mind that you may have been moved over to the AllStars playlists if you have been on the Trial playlist for a week. You could have also graduated from the playlist if you have been on the AllStars playlist for 3 weeks or more. If you were accidentally removed, you will be re-added as soon as possible!
Even though I am sending in proofs, I am still being warning by the @nas_commincations account. What can I do?
At times, we may simply miss your screenshots among the messages or your timezone may be out of sync with ours. We apologize for any mistakes on our end. You can simply reply to let us know where and when you have posted proof so we can give you the credit for streaming. Artists are not penalized for receiving warning messages unless they actually do not fulfill the streaming requirements.
