𝟭. Where are you from and what is your hobby?

I was born and raised in Ålesund, Norway. I have always sung, but did not start with a band until I was 25. I try to constantly develop as a singer, being humble has taught me a lot. Since I started md band, it has been my all-consuming hobby, promo of my own music after releases is a full-time job, I also sing in a vocal group called UNTAMED VOCALS where we focus on new methods within choir, such as live improvisation. I play classical guitar at beginner level. I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark 5 years ago and Pole Position was dissolved, but I work in the past with new music in a Danish / Norwegian indie rock project.

𝟮. How did your get into music?

My sister signed up for Idol in 2005. It did not go so well there, got no bad reviews really, I came home and started my first band as a 25 year old. Since then I have sung in various rock bands. It took a long time to be recognized as a singer in my hometown, but after the releases with Pole Position I finally got it.

𝟯. Who are your biggest influences?

I grew up in the 80's with all that entails. Listened a lot to Madonna, Michael Jackson, Bruce Sprinsteen, Simon & Garfunkel, Tom Petty, Guns n 'Roses, Metallica, Nirvana, Pat Bentar and Pearl Jam among others, In my later years I have been very inspired by Jeff Buckley, Jewel, Father John Misty, John Martyn, my taste has changed in a completely different direction. I prefer more alternative genres and progressive music.

4. What are your goals in the music industry?

My goal is to express myself artistically and create a mood, if I can evoke emotions in a person that's all I want! To inspire others.

5. If you could choose a location to perform at, what would it be?

It would have been cool to have a fan base in Japan and play there, the USA would also have been nice to visit, Pole Position got a lot of fans in the USA, the famous producer Beau Hill contacted us and wanted to produce us at some point.

6. What is your all-time favorite song?

I do not have an ultimate song I like, I change constantly and my taste changes all the time. If It Was Absolutely Forced To Choose, Lover You Should Have Come Over - Jeff Buckley

7. Most embarrassing moment?

Got a mail from Beau Hill, didn't know who he was at the moment, Beau Hill is an American record producer who is best known for his work with Alice Cooper, Kix, Winger, Streets, Warrant, Fiona, Europe, and Ratt. I said I would check out his work and come back to him later.

8. Proudest accomplishment?

When Beau Hill contaced us and wanted to Produce Pole Position Music in 2015. Our music was sent to him by a local radio host in USA, he wanted to produce Pole Position Music, but the pricetag was high, We actually got the remix and produced a song again by him, 1000 dollars was the price, after this was done we considered this, but found out we were happy with our own production.

9. What is something about you that might surprise someone who knows you the best?

Shocking and surprising people who know me is my trademark, I think it's because I'm very impulsive and always throw myself into trying new things. I have a paraglider standing here at home, but I have not flown in 5 years now.

𝟭𝟬. What is your dream collaboration?

When I have released my new music which is more alternative and progressive, it would have been cool to be signed by a record company I personally recognize. Stickman Records or Appolon Records.
