𝟭. Where are you from and what is your hobby?

I‘m from Bern in Switzerland with roots in DR Congo.

My hobbies are obviously music (but I see it as more than just a hobby), watching movies and football (I‘m a passionate Chelsea FC supporter)

𝟮. How did your get into music?

I‘ve been growing up to my father playing his African music every single day and started to develop a passion for it very early. I‘ve always wanted to make my own music but I didn‘t do it until 2 years ago a friend of mine who‘s a successful producer in London convinced me. Since then I‘m all in for the music.

𝟯. Who are your biggest influences?

I listen to various artists and genres to expand my knowledge. But my main influences would be artists who I listen a lot like Wizkid, Drake, Anderson. Paak, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, Damso, Travis Scott, Dave and many more.

4. What are your goals in the music industry?

My ultimate goal is to be able to live off my music. I want to be able to make music every day without having to do other things to make sure I have enough money for studio time and beats. I also want to work with my biggest idols.

5. If you could choose a location to perform at, what would it be?

Openair Frauenfeld because it‘s one of the biggest Hip-Hop festivals in Europe and it takes place in my own country.

6. What is your all-time favorite song?

This question is nearly impossible to answer, there are so many amazing songs... Right now I‘m addicted to Self Control by Frank Ocean, Jet Black by Anderson. Paak and Maria I‘m Drunk by Travis Scott.

7. Most embarrassing moment?

I once sent a Instagram DM to a girl in my school who I liked but never had the courage to talk to in real life. She responded and told me not to worry and I should definitely talk to her the next time I see her. I never did that... Even worse, years after I found out she showed my text to some of her friends and now quite a lot people now about that.

8. Proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishment music-wise has to be my first ever song that I released. It‘s called Into You and I love it so much! Just to think about how long it took me to convince myself that it‘s a good song and that I should just release it... It was the right decision not to keep this song for myself in my opinion.

9. What is something about you that might surprise someone who knows you the best?

Many of my friends think I‘m that kind of guy who‘s only into trap. So they think I only listen to Lil Baby, Gunna and etc. When in truth I listen to everything! I love it so much to discover new artists and new genres that please my ears. But yeah, with my friends you won‘t hear me talk about Solange‘s newest album.

𝟭𝟬. What is your dream collaboration?

My dream collaboration is Drake (not very original, I know), just for the fact of how much he inspired me and how his music accompanied me during me during my childhood. He‘s one of these artists who will live forever (their music) and his impact within the music industry is undeniable. I‘m sure he would also get me a guaranteed chart hitting song for sure!
